They are people-oriented thinkers, only wanting the best for their tribe. They believe in recognizing, developing, and utilizing the talent of others. Hence, a Chief is a leader who knows the way, goes the way, but most importantly, shows the way.

Inherent Nature Of The Chief

Throw them to the wolves, and they will return leading the pack. Born with a drive for improvement, Chiefs set out on a quest to change the world. They believe that the great achievements in life are never done alone, but through the efforts of many. Because of this, Chiefs will always focus on the group, for the strength of the pack is the wolf,
and the strength of the wolf, is its pack.

While efficiency is doing things right, effectiveness is doing the right things. Chiefs are goal-oriented achievers, knowing that the climb is pointless unless it is the right summit. Their sharp perception helps them identify problems at their root, ensuring every attack is focused and effectual. Hence, Chiefs are always thinking strategically, winning every battle before it is even fought.

It's easy to spot a Chief as they are often at the helm of large organizations, guiding their people to achieve great feats. To them, anything can be accomplished, for so long as the vision is instilled from within, nothing is impossible. From their strategic management to their innovative approach, Chiefs never seem to falter, as they are leaders who simply think different.

As the Chief's likes are shaped by their instincts, so are their aversions. Chiefs never settle for mediocrity—they demand excellence. However, in their perspective, success is only achievable through selfless dedication to the advancement of humanity. And that requires measurable results, not pleasant emotions. As such, Chiefs have little to no tolerance for those who prioritize feelings over effectiveness, seeing them as nothing more than a hindrance to a better future.

In addition, Chiefs believe that the ultimate pursuit in life is the greater good. Therefore, it is baffling that there are some who put themselves above it, unwilling to work with others towards a common goal. Chiefs find it almost impossible to fathom these individuals, especially those who favor their own trivial desires over the grand visions of the group. Nonetheless, although it is natural for Chiefs to dislike such people, they should learn to be more understanding of others.

Now, with all that said, do note that these traits don’t make you better or worse than others. While some may feel disappointed with their given personality type, it is important to recognize that each type is unique in its own way. Only by understanding who we are, can we leverage our hidden talents—allowing us to unlock our fullest potential.
