Trailblazing has a connotation of taking risks. However, risk only comes when one is clueless of their actions. For Trailblazers, they will never simply throw caution to the wind. Instead, they take calculated risks by carefully analyzing the rationality of an idea, accepting only logical proposals. Only with an infallible idea at hand do Trailblazers blast ahead with determination, forging their own path.

Inherent Nature Of The Trailblazer

Life is riddled with unanswered questions, which is why it often seems perplexing to many. Yet, it is the pursuit of these answers that imbues life with purpose. Trailblazers are a courageous bunch, bravely seeking explanations to the mysteries of the world. When faced with a problem, Trailblazers enthusiastically generate new theories to explain it. Ultimately, their search for truth is precisely what they live for.

No topic is too complex for Trailblazers. On the contrary, they find most subjects rather unchallenging. With an exceptional intellect, Trailblazers can easily understand and solve most logical conundrums, making it seem as if the problems were made for kids. To others, some logical puzzles may seem like a mountain of a problem, too difficult to be solved; but to Trailblazers, these problems are merely anthills.

Look for the person constantly challenging conventional wisdom; the one asking thought-provoking, unorthodox questions; the one seeking for truth. Chances are, they are Trailblazers. They scrutinize all possible facets of a subject, and until they gain a thorough understanding of it, they will never stop. Trailblazers do not hold on to old ideas as they only prevent the arrival of new possibilities.

Be a free thinker and do not accept everything you hear as truth. Be critical and evaluate what you believe in.

As the Trailblazer's likes are shaped by their instincts, so are their aversions. For Trailblazers, logical reasoning is essential in the pursuit for truth. Consequently, they find it challenging to fathom those who act and decide based on emotions alone. In their eyes, such people are irrational at best, and foolish at worst. In short, Trailblazers value precise logic, and they will never navigate the complexities of life with feelings as their guiding principles.

In addition, Trailblazers believe that the opposite of courage is not cowardice—it is conformity. Although they dislike blind adherence to the status quo, they despise, to a greater extent, people who pressure others to conform to illogical ideas. Independent thinking is a basic liberty, and Trailblazers will never let others take that away from them. Nonetheless, although it is natural for Trailblazers to dislike such people, they should learn to be more understanding of others.

Now, with all that said, do note that these traits don’t make you better or worse than others. While some may feel disappointed with their given personality type, it is important to recognize that each type is unique in its own way. Only by understanding who we are, can we leverage our hidden talents—allowing us to unlock our fullest potential.
