Leaders yearn for belonging while Evolvers strive for significance. Although we may experience all these desires at different moments of our lives, only one will stand out as our dominant desire, influencing our every thought and action throughout our lives.

At its core, Trailblazers are of the Evolver Class, striving to become the best version of themselves. Evolvers are those who prioritize their own personal development, always pushing themselves to improve as a person. More specifically, Trailblazers are Evolvers who seek for Accuracy. They want to develop bulletproof frameworks, deriving the most definite and precise truths of life.

Trailblazers as Evolvers

Worthy are the ones who strive to be better. Evolvers devote their entire lives to their personal development, willing to go through thick and thin if it means growing as a person. They wish to be the best they can be, which is why they often set difficult standards for themselves to reach. Although Evolvers may stumble many times along the way, one thing is certain—they will always rise back stronger.

Evolvers live to discover who they truly are inside, searching endlessly for their place amongst the crowd. They believe that they can acquire significance by finding their niche, as that would allow them to offer unique gifts to the world. Because of that, they strive to understand themselves a little bit more every day, so that eventually, they will become the person they have always wanted to be.

If there is one thing Evolvers will never do, it would be casting aside their convictions just to please those around them. They are strongly against the idea of putting up a facade just to fit in with others, finding it very disingenuous. Hence, every decision that Evolvers make must align with their beliefs or principles. Because to them, nothing speaks louder or more powerfully than a life of integrity.

Each individual has a unique purpose in this world, no matter how insignificant it may seem. Although Evolvers may not be aware of their true purpose yet, they are sure to find it eventually. They believe that the right path for them will reveal itself if they follow their inner voice. Not easily swayed by others, Evolvers hold strongly to their beliefs and principles; as only those who do, can make an impact in this world.

Beyond that, Trailblazers are of the Evolver Class that is supported by the Explorer Subclass. When we say Explorers, we don't mean those who go into uncharted jungles, but simply those who prioritize the discovery of the new. More specifically, Trailblazers are Explorers who seek for Possibilities. They want an endless stream of ideas, revealing all the wonders that the world has to offer.

Accuracy By Exploring For Possibilities

To Explorers, life is an endless stream of opportunities waiting to be discovered. Born with a thirst for excitement, their curious nature drives them to have many interests in life. They are constantly looking out for fresh ideas and experiences, exploring new interesting things to know. Because of this, Explorers have a wide range of knowledge, using it as stepping stones to their never-ending journey of inquiry.

Variety adds flavor to life—it is the spice that gives living that extra kick. Having no interest in repetition, Explorers strive to embark on new journeys, opening the gateway to a whole realm of opportunities. With each new day signifying a brand new beginning, they feel that it would be an awful waste to live their lives without venturing into the unknown. As such, Explorers embrace uncertainty, as they know that old roads will never lead to new destinations.

Life is filled with limitless wonders, and Explorers can't wait to seize them. They are always looking out for chances to become better, grabbing them all without hesitation. Even in the midst of uncertainty, they are never afraid to walk in the dark, as they believe that within it lies a myriad of valuable lessons. All in all, Explorers live their lives for one thing, and one thing only—the opportunity to improve.

All in all, Trailblazers are Evolvers who explore a wide spectrum of possibilities to develop their own capabilities. Based on their core motivation, each specific archetype possesses a distinct set of traits, giving birth to their own unique strengths and weaknesses.
