The Japanese Badgers are astutely solitary animals who live and forage by themselves alone and independently. Like little architects, these badgers are known to design and live in dens made from an elaborate network of tunnels. As such, they are widely recognized for their intelligence, independence, and tenacity—qualities that reflect those embodied by ninjas of the Badger Clan.

These ninjas have Introverted Thinking as their Dominant Function, followed by either a Sensing Function or Intuitive Function. As such, the Badger Clan is made up of two subclans, namely the Tungsten Badger Clan (TI+S) and Smoldering Badger Clan (TI+N), creating four distinctive types of personality ninjas.

Simply put, ninjas who hail from the Tungsten Badger Clan (Earth Village) are best described as rational evolvers who ascertain the truth by examining facts. On the other hand, ninjas who hail from the Smoldering Badger Clan (Fire Village) are best described as theoretical evolvers who ascertain the truth by examining concepts.

But apart from these differences, both clans are bounded in essence by a shared instinctual need for Accuracy. It fuels all Badger Ninjas towards a life where critical thinking takes precedence before all else, compelling them to scrutinize every reasoning that comes their way as precisely as possible. Because of that, they pick apart logic wherever they go, understanding the mechanics behind things to its fullest.

To ensure that the truth is upheld, Badger Ninjas develop their logical frameworks throughout life, granting them the ability to reach the most accurate deductions. Beyond that, their deep respect for logic often means that their actions and decisions are guided by sound principles.
