The founders of the Earth Village were not initially a cohesive family unit. Instead, they hailed from various walks of life, comprising ninjas from the Falcon, Bear, Wolf, and Badger Clans. Yet destiny intervened, weaving their paths together as one. Despite their divergent beginnings, these ninjas shared a cognitive focus for Sensing and Thinking, guiding them to forge a new, unified community.

And as time went on, the descendants of the Earth Village gradually transformed into the pragmatic ninjas we know today. To give you an idea of what Earth Ninjas are like, they seek Factual Application wherever they go, approaching life in a rational manner. This attitude can be seen in the style of their village, which is relatively simple compared to the others.

For instance, the architecture of their buildings is minimalistic and cubic as Earth Ninjas see no point in aesthetics unless it serves a function. To them, the time and effort spent to beautify things can be better used on endeavors that yield results.

The Earth Ninjas chose earth as the element to represent their village because it symbolizes their grounded and down-to-earth personalities. Apart from that, they made green their village color because it is the most common color found in Tiger Valley. Hence, their green outfits serve a practical purpose as it helps them blend with the surroundings, making them much more effective ninjas.

As such, the Earth Village motto “Factual. Practical. Logical.” perfectly encapsulates who the Earth Ninjas are as a people, for they believe that a world without common sense and realism built into its core will eventually fall apart sooner or later.
